Nutritional Balance

As a caterer, we carry a responsibility towards guests. Justifiably, they expect us to provide them with healthy, nutritious meals and drinks. This is a both a challenge and a requirement. We must take into account guests’ various expectations which are influenced by their background, regional habits, their job, their daily disposition and many other factors.

 

In general, our nutritionally balanced meals and drinks are adapted to your company’s requirements in close cooperation with you and your employees. We are able to create individual diet concepts for both companies and individuals. An important and topical subject is food allergies. We declare all ingredients in our menus and are always happy to answer guests’ special questions personally.
