Friendly, helpful and competent – these are the main qualities that a catering employee should have, whether he or she is working with guests or behind the scenes. We want to provide a committed team to look after you and your guests and after all, the level of qualification of our staff determines the quality of services on your site.
Our internal training center offers employees regular seminars and workshops on multidisciplinary and specific topics. The multidisciplinary topics include communication and management, business administration, bookkeeping, health and safety and employment law.
Catering-specific seminars and workshops are about “best practice” methods, such as show cooking or use of kitchen equipment. They include product training and product testing and new cuisine trends, such as organic or wellness concepts, but also basic training in hygiene and nutrition.
