Klien – the Individual Cleaning Concept

Klien is an innovative and cost-effective cleaning concept based on a site or user-oriented analysis of requirements. Its objectives: guaranteed conservation of real estate value and user satisfaction.

The analysis of requirements forms the basis of the Dussmann service catalogue. In the case of a site-oriented analysis, the client determines which cleaning services are required: interior or exterior cleaning, façade cleaning or additional services such as laundry services or a professional technical check.

In the case of a user-oriented analysis, the client names not the specific services but the users' primary concerns, such as individual areas like window sills, computer screens, telephones and plants or shared areas such as the kitchen, changing rooms or staircases. Our specially trained staff adapt their cleaning services accordingly.

Constant quality is ensured by our Klien Quality Management. Every day, with IT support, the site managers and shift leaders conduct spot checks. There are also monthly inspections and quality control meetings with a client representative and the Dussmann site manager and every six months we conduct a user satisfaction analysis.
