Five factors for an optimal Service Process
Dussmann Service concepts have developed the principles of Sinner's circle which identifies the factors of chemical action, mechanical action, temperature and time. We have added an additional factor: people.
Sinner's Circle
There are four main factors in cleaning: chemical action, mechanical action, temperature and (reaction) time. These factors are the components of the so-called "Sinner's Circle" according to which cleaning processes are organized and implemented.
- Sinner's Circle
The diagram demonstrates how the different factors compensate for each other. If, for example, a mild cleaning chemical is used, this can affect the reaction time. The optimal coordination of these factors guarantees a good cleaning result and a high level of cost-efficiency.
