Qualified Services for Effective Cleanliness
Meeting the challenge of offering individual cleaning concepts requires well-trained staff as the human factor plays an important role in the cleaning process. All employees - cleaning operatives, the site manager and the division manager - must possess a high level of qualification if they are to provide high quality services.
Our trainees receive internal training according to HwK guidelines, our disinfection specialists are trained according to chamber of commerce guidelines.We also possess an internal qualification program with extensive training materials, including more than 250 transparencies compiled by our division managers on all important topics. These include the principles of cleaning, health & safety, business administration, flooring types and specialized cleaning techniques, cleaning products and modern cleaning equipment.
The qualification "certified site and division manager" is an integral part of all individual training plans. In these courses, executive employees are trained in both administrative and technical skills. The course ends with an examination and the presentation of a certificate. The certificate is valid for only two years and must be renewed through attendance of a further course during which up-to-date market knowledge is tested. This way, our site and division managers can ensure that our services are always of top quality and up-to-date.All employees also receive regular site-specific training according to detailed training plans.
