- Training in the commercial sector or in the hotel industry
- Excellent social skills
- Service and client oriented behavior
- A groomed appearance
- Good written and spoken local language skills
- Good spoken foreign language skills (dependent upon tasks/ site)
- Confident, efficient use of computer and communication technology
- Experience in monitoring and operating entry control systems and technical security equipment
