Transparency for More Quality

For security and fire services, comprehensive documentation is a high priority. It forms the basis for transparency of operations and guarantees optimum communication between Dussmann Service and its clients.

Log books, status messages and reports are made on a daily basis. Weekly documentation includes information on the completion of tasks and results of checks. An evaluation of guard patrol systems and of the completion of duties is made on a monthly basis together with information on any additional activities. Each quarter, the fulfillment of contractual duties is evaluated and conclusions for the optimization of services are drawn. And finally, we prepare an annual report to summarize the implementation of contractual services.

In preparing regular documentation, be it on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis, our aim is to maintain and constantly improve the quality of our security service systems.
