Certified Security at All Levels
A consistently high level of quality in our security and fire services is ensured by our client-oriented Quality Management System. It guarantees our clients an exceptional standard of service at all levels. A site manager is always on site and available as a contact person for the client and his employees and to attend regular meetings. In addition, operations are monitored by the local branch office and by product management.
The Area Security Manager and the Branch Manager also conduct regular quality control meetings with clients.
From regular inspection of daily performance and evaluation of services to internal audit and inspection of site specific quality criteria, our quality management is based on the following principles.
Tested Quality
You can rely on tested quality with Dussmann Service. Our services are certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2000 and all security services are certified according to DIN 77200, levels 1, 2 and 3. Environmental management complies with DIN ISO 14001:2004 and health & safety management with DIN ISO 18001.
Our alarm response center is classified by the VdS (German security inspection and certification organization) for classes A, B and C.
We hold a licence from the authority regulating telecommunications and mail services.
Dussmann Service is a member of the German security associations Bundesverband Deutscher Wach- und Sicherheitsunternehmen e.V. and Verband für Sicherheit in der Wirtschaft Nordrhein-Westfalen e.V.
