Technical Facility Management is less and less about offering individual services; instead, clients expect a holistic approach to all processes. As Germany's largest multi-service provider, we have always been able to offer our clients comprehensive facility management. The same, of course, is true for technical services. We develop an individual, comprehensive service concept for each client. Our approach: to couple technical competence with extensive management skills and take on the responsibilities of the operator. The result: a high level of individuality and cost-efficiency.
A Dussmann Service technical management concept ensures both the ambient conditions necessary for administrative work, such as air conditioning, data processing and the production conditions necessary for research and development. In this context, the constant development of our engineering skills and the continuous qualification of our technical staff are particularly important to us. Specially trained teams support clients from the proposal phase to implementation and ultimately to start-up of operations.
Processes such as analysis, benchmarking and the installation of efficacy systems are structured and computerized. This not only reduces operating risk but also helps us to understand individual client requirements and to develop alternative structures.
