Our many years of experience have equipped us with know-how and skill. We provide our personnel in the company’s own training center with certified initial and further training. This, together with regular quality assurance meetings, ensures consistently high quality standards.

Maintenance Process Optimization

We deploy modern IT in all processes from preparation and planning to operations, monitoring and quality control. CAFM software, Viola, offers specialized modules "purchase order management" and "maintenance" to manage planning and service processes in accordance with DIN 31051 und VDMA 24186. We make processes and costs transparent, whether it is work planning, deadline and resource coordination or maintenance management.

Dussmann Service has a network of branch offices. A qualified site manager is always available on site and he or she works with a team of supra-regional engineers who can help with cost calculation, pre-opening, site organization, reorganization, personnel selection, staff training or product development. In addition, our alarm response center, which has VdS class C recognition, is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
