Nutritional Balance

As a caterer, we carry a responsibility towards diners, be they patients, visitors or members of staff. Justifiably, they expect us to provide them with healthy, nutritious meals and drinks and to include a comprehensive range of diets on the menu. This is a both a challenge and a requirement. We must take into account special medical demands and the varying expectations of our diners which are influenced by upbringing, regional eating habits, daily disposition and other factors.

Our nutritionally balanced meals and drinks are adapted to your requirements in close cooperation with you and your employees. We are able to create individual diet concepts for your clinic or for individuals. An important and topical subject is food allergies. We declare all ingredients in our menus and are always happy to answer guests’ specific questions personally.
