Your diners’ health and well-being are important to the Dussmann Service catering team. For patients, nutrition is especially important but also for staff. We offer nutritionally balanced menus, preparing meals carefully and shortly before service and ensuring that both the taste and the freshness of meals are conserved during presentation and service.

Should individual patients or employees have additional requirements, such as nutritional or dietary consultation, our supra-regional nutrition specialists will be happy to support them. They are trained to provide health advice, both to individuals and to groups. We also offer specialized lectures during special events which may be initiated by us or by a health insurance company.
