Point for Point is an innovative concept for a fat-reduced diet according to the nutritional recommendations of the German Association for Nutrition (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Ernährung - DGE). Point for Point is easy to follow. Its objective is cut fat in the diet without cutting enjoyment. Many nutritional concepts demand a complete change of eating habits. Point for Point allows you to eat anything, the only restriction being the fat component.
Your guests determine themselves, how much fat they consume. By labeling meals with “fat points”, overall fat consumption can be controlled easily. What counts, is the average fat consumption over one week. This allows occasional meals with a higher fat content.
