A detailed analysis of the status quo forms the basis of our catering concepts. Before we present our proposal to you, we familiarize ourselves with existing spatial, technical and factual conditions. We talk to the participants in your project about their wishes and goals, make analyses on site looking at spatial and technical configurations, viewing ground plans, furnishing layouts and utilities, and familiarizing ourselves with the development of your nursery or child care facilities and its objectives. Should you have already made surveys concerning food services, these are analyzed and integrated.

Although this initial analysis is always an individual observation, our specialists can use their extensive experience and apply standardized procedures. Should further specialist advice be necessary, we will be happy to make recommendations.
