Nutritional Balance
As a caterer, we carry a responsibility towards diners, be they children or members of staff. Justifiably, they expect us to provide them with healthy, nutritious meals and drinks and, if necessary, special diets. This is a both a challenge and a requirement. We must take into account the varying expectations of our diners which are influenced by upbringing, regional eating habits, daily disposition and many other factors.
Our nutritionally balanced meals and drinks are adapted to your requirements in close cooperation with you and your employees. We are able to create both facility-specific and individual diet concepts. An important and topical subject is food allergies. We declare all ingredients in our menus and are always happy to answer individual questions personally.
