Nutritional Balance

As a caterer, we carry a responsibility towards diners, be they pupils, students or members of staff. Justifiably, they expect us to provide them with healthy, nutritious meals and drinks. This is a both a challenge and a requirement. We must take into account the varying expectations of our diners which are influenced by upbringing, regional eating habits, daily disposition and other factors.

Our nutritionally balanced meals and beverages are adapted to your requirements in close cooperation with you and your employees and we are able to create individual diet concepts. An important and topical subject is food allergies. We declare all ingredients in our menus and are always happy to answer guests’ questions personally.
