We offer a number of modern components for ordering meals, for making payment and for accounting.

We have developed a completely new cash-free order and payment system for schools. The system allows electronic ordering in the school, either at a terminal using a card or via internet at home.
The advantages of the system at a glance:

• The danger of pupils losing cash is eliminated
• „The right to meals“ is checked at the service counter
• The system provides a complete record of orders
• Payment is made simple through direct debit
• Internet allows ordering even during vacation or absence
• In future, the cash-free system will include purchase of goods and snacks up to a predetermined limit using the card
• If the card is lost, it can be blocked immediately

The choice of ordering, payment and accounting systems for universities is dependent upon the needs of staff and students. You can choose between cash and cash-free payment systems. There are a number of cash-free systems: prepaid concepts with cash machines or using a bank card, individual or flat rate, for staff direct debit from salary accounts, cards with magnetic strips or chips, scanners with or without direct card contact, separate guest card systems, combinations with University IDs, or other work place systems.
