Nutritional Balance

As a caterer, we carry a responsibility towards diners, be they residents, visitors or members of staff. Justifiably, they expect us to provide them with healthy, nutritious meals and drinks and and to include a comprehensive range of diets on the menu. This is a both a challenge and a requirement. We must take into account the special demands of the elderly and the varying expectations of our diners which are influenced by upbringing, regional eating habits, daily disposition and other factors.

Our nutritionally balanced meals and drinks are adapted to your requirements in close cooperation with you and your employees. We are able to produce both facility-specific and individual diet concepts. An important and topical subject is food allergies. We declare all ingredients in our menus and are always happy to answer guests’ questions personally.
