An International Range

We offer special menus for residents, visitors and employees who have a different cultural background as a matter of course and adapt our range to the requirements of each seniors’ facility. This includes not only standard concepts, such as “no pork” or “no beef”, but also specific production and cooking methods and seasoning methods. Due to the international nature of the Dussmann Group, international exchanges for kitchen chefs are always possible. Employing international cooks with appropriate cultural backgrounds is also a common solution for meeting the specific requirements of diners.
