This is particularly true if staff are in direct communication with residents because they become important contacts. We provide a committed team to look after you and your guests and ultimately, the level of qualification of our staff determines the quality of services on your site.
Our internal training center offers employees regular seminars and workshops on multidisciplinary and specific topics including communication and management, business administration, bookkeeping, health and safety and employment law.
Catering seminars and workshops include hygiene, nutrition and communication with residents.
„Best practice“ methods such as show cooking, kitchen equipment, products, food tasting and new trends such as organic or wellness foods are also part of the training program.
