Our Systems for Serving and Distributing Meals

 

The meals service system is a crucial factor in guest satisfaction. In the restaurant, residents and guests can choose between table service and/or self service from the buffet. Naturally we provide all necessary support to disabled residents. Our objective is to create an atmosphere in which each resident can influence his or her own meal experience independently. The additional element of show cooking may also be introduced.

If food service is to take place at the bedside, you can choose between tray systems or mobile buffet solutions. The choice is determined by the catering philosophy and by the space and personnel available.
