Dussmann Quality Audit System

The Dussmann Quality Audit System is an innovative solution for continuous quality control and improvement. The basis of every quality audit is a site-specific specification. The individual services in the specification are assigned weightings which we determine together with our clients. During controls, points are awarded to the services performed and multiplied by the respective weighting. The comparison of the number of points possible and the points awarded provides an evaluation of the various cleaning areas in percent. The summary of these percentages helps to identify whether and where the quality of services can still be improved.

The DQAS is based on 4 elements


1. Inspection of quality

The services performed are compared regularly with the descriptions in the specification.

2. Perception of quality

Surveys amongst facility users and/ or the evaluation of complaints are used to discern the perception of service quality.

3. Development of productivity

Every 3 months a report is prepared concerning the price per m2, the hourly price, the monthly price and the number of working hours.

4. Optimization measures

All optimization measures are documented (description, result, who, deadline)
