The Service Process
Five Factors for an Optimum Service Process
Dussmann Service concepts follow the same principles as Sinner’s circle. However, to the factors of chemical action & environment, mechanical action, temperature and time, we have added an additional factor: people.
Sinner’s Circle
There are four main factors in cleaning: chemical action, mechanical action, temperature and (reaction) time. These factors are the components of the so-called “Sinner’s Circle” according to which cleaning processes are organized and implemented.
The diagram demonstrates how the different factors compensate for each other. If, for example, a mild cleaning chemical is used, this can affect the reaction time. The optimum coordination of these factors guarantees a good cleaning result and a high level of cost-efficiency.
