Qualified Services for Efficient Hygiene
Meeting the challenges of offering individual cleaning concepts requires extremely well-trained staff. As cleaning staff are often social contacts for residents, they must not only be professionally qualified but also communicative and socially competent. All employees – cleaning operatives, the site manager and the division manager – must possess a high level of qualification if they are to provide high quality services.
Our trainees receive internal training according to HwK guidelines and licensed disinfectors according to the Chamber of Commerce. We have developed a comprehensive training program with a wide range of materials. Our division managers have compiled over 250 transparencies for our internal training program which includes topics such as the principles of hospital hygiene, microbiology, risk potential and risk groups, immunization, disinfection and hospital waste disposal.
Our training program also covers the most important general topics such as health & safety, business administration, flooring types and specialized cleaning techniques, cleaning products and modern cleaning equipment.
The qualification “certified site and operations manager” is an integral part of all individual training plans. In these courses, management employees are trained in both administrative and technical skills. The course ends with an examination and the presentation of a certificate. The certificate is valid for only two years and must be renewed through attendance of a further course during which up-to-date market knowledge is tested. This way, we ensure that our site and division managers are well informed and up-to-date.
All employees also receive regular site-specific training according to detailed training plans.
