A New Way to Manage Culture
The general environment for cultural foundations and cultural institutions is increasingly difficult. Subsidies are “frozen“ or cut back and this has resulted in increasing pressure to reduce costs and minimize personnel. Simultaneously there is often a lack of innovation and professionalism in many areas.
Cultural foundations and cultural institutions need more efficient cost structures and this means flexible organization. We have developed an Integrated Facility Management concept that recognizes these needs. Through holistic steering of the many different services, processes can be coordinated to achieve extreme efficiency.
The cultural foundation can concentrate entirely on its core business and we take care of everything else. From technical management, catering, security, reception and cleaning services, to office services and energy management. From over 70 individual services, we develop an individual concept for each cultural foundation. We take specific needs into account, for example the visitor oriented nature of the demands likely to be made on our staff. From parking space administration to the organization of the museum shop or cloakroom, to the guide, we provide our staff with job-specific initial and further training.
