24 Hour All Round Security
Dussmann Service has its own Alarm Response Center where intrusion, robbery and fire alarms are monitored and CCTV systems are administered. In addition, it monitors technical fault alarms, calls from elevators, gate intercom and service telephones. If necessary, our Alarm Response Center can coordinate alarm response and technical service staff. The Alarm Response Center is in operation 365 days a year, 24 hours a day and currently about 3,500 alerts are received each day over more than 5,000 connections.
It is therefore important that well trained professionals are at hand. Our Alarm Response Center manager has received special training for the task. We also employ two engineers with university diplomas and five engineers with polytechnic qualifications for the Alarm Response Center. Through continuous further training at our internal training center, the company ensures that personnel keep abreast of new developments in security technology. Because only then, can all round security of the highest order be achieved.
Technical Equipment in the Alarm Response Center
Our alarm response center is classified at the highest level by the VdS (German security inspection and certification organization) and is excellently equipped with technology that enables our alarm response center to produce a whole range of logs and reports.
Alarm Receiving Center according to DIN EN 50518
Dussmann Service is currently building an Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) to comply with the requirements of the new DIN EN 50518 norm and which will offer state-of-the art technology. Security systems from all over Germany will be connected to the new ARC. These include intrusion and robbery alarms, access control systems, video monitoring and elevator emergency alarms.
